To be straightforward about it: if you are travelling light, in daylight, and staying at a Disney hotel, the shuttle or the RER will do the job for less money. We will tell you so if you ask.
A private transfer earns its price in three situations — a flight landing late at night or leaving before dawn, a family with strollers and several suitcases, and a hotel that sits outside the Disney shuttle network, which covers most of Val d’Europe and Chessy. Above four people, the per-vehicle price usually works out below four shuttle seats.
